Immersive journey in Venice
After six months of renovating works, Palazzo Grassi reopens to the public on 5 September with “HYPERVENEZIA”, an exhibition specifically dedicated to the city of Venice on the occasion of the
1600th anniversary of its foundation. A show presenting for the first time to the public the #VeniceUrbanPhotoProject conceived and realised by Mario Peliti, who since 2006 has been mapping the city in an ambitious archive of photographs of the city of Venice, which to date has reached over 12,000 shots, all in black and white and with no people around.
