Freshly caught fish and pasta are served at this family-run trattoria in the heart of Burano. The ‘Gatto Nero’ has been the kingdom of Ruggero Bovo since 1965. Must-try dishes include the chef’s famous ‘risotto di Go’ or his ‘spaghetti alla granceola’.
